Default Blue Sugary Drink = Pepsi Cola

It's in the Chinese version only. I guess the Pepsi in US and Europe didn't pay Anet any money to have it's product put in GW.

The bottle icon is somewhat like Coca-Cola's design, but I just figured the Sugary Blue Drink was a play on Kool-Aid.

We can? *looks in the online store* I don't see the Coke promos, just the Prophecies GOTY ones. Granted the GOTY items are very similar, but I know I've never seen the Scorpion Bow, Ember Storm or the Heavenly Arch.

The one item I'd really like to have though is the Ithas bow for my Ranger, if it were maxed out properly.

Yea i was personally reminded of Pepsi Blue. Its probably the only Pepsi drink i prefer over Cola. Too bad its not around anymore. Oh and Pesi Jazz is better than some cola products.
